Miranda Rosenberg, Psy.D., PLLC. is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in evidence-based clinical and forensic assessment. She obtained her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her internship with a specialty in neuropsychology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Rosenberg has received extensive training in clinical, forensic, and neuropsychological assessment in facilities across New York City, including at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur, and the New York State Department of Corrections. She previously worked in the Forensic Psychiatry Evaluation Court Clinic under NYC Health + Hospitals/ Correctional Health Services performing court-ordered psychological evaluations. Dr. Rosenberg later served as Deputy Director of Fifth Avenue Forensics, a private forensic psychiatric group practice, where she conducted a wide range of forensic psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.

 

Dr. Rosenberg now owns and operates her own private practice, where she performs forensic psychological and neuropsychological evaluations addressing psycho-legal questions in criminal cases at both the state and federal levels. She maintains multiple contracts with jurisdictions across several states to conduct court-ordered evaluations, including assessments of adjudicative competence, criminal responsibility, and violence risk. In addition, Dr. Rosenberg is an Adjunct Professor at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, where she teaches psychological and cognitive assessment to clinical psychology doctoral students. ​Dr. Rosenberg is licensed to practice psychology in New York, Connecticut, Maine, Colorado, Virginia, and Minnesota, and holds PSYPACT authorization, allowing her to provide telehealth services across participating states.
